Always forgetting what you read? This second article covers aspects around how to remember what you have read, and to substantiate this, the Feynman technique is presented, which is an excellent technique to help understand and recall what you read. Let’s get into it.
Reading. We hear a lot about reading these days. We are being told to read more. Do we even know why we need to read? Do we know how we have to read? Do we know what we have to read? Having that mantra (“You have to read’) repeatedly bombarded at us can make some read with no purpose, can make others rebel and read less, and can help a few others read adequately and synthesize what they have read.
Time is a concept I have not fully appreciated throughout my life I think. For some people, it just clicks, and they understand how valuable time is, and for some it does not. Some need a drastic event to happen in their life to fully understand their mortality, while some just need some numbers (monetary value, social value etc.). At least that is what I think. In this article I present some views that helped me appreciate time a bit better. I mainly touch on the monetary and social values of time.
